Absolute Accountants LLC, trading as Absolute Accountancy & Financial Solutions ("we", "us"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we handle and why.

Our clients

We use the financial records and contact details our bookkeeping clients give us only to provide the services they engage us for. We keep them confidential and do not sell them or share them with anyone except where the client asks us to, or where the law requires it.

This website

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not collect personal information unless you contact us by email.

Hub Mail

Hub Mail is our internal email application, used only by our own staff for our own business mailboxes. When a mailbox owner connects their Google account, Hub Mail uses the Gmail API to read, organise, label, draft and send that account's email on their instruction.

• Email data is stored only on the account owner's own computer, to display and search their mail.
• It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with anyone else.
• It is not used to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
• Access can be removed at any time from the Google account's security settings (Third-party apps with account access); local data is then deleted on request.

Hub Mail's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
