Billing. The Monthly Bookkeeping Package is billed at $500 USD per month. Add-on services are quoted and agreed in writing before any work begins.
Cancellation. You may cancel your monthly service at any time by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month — no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees.
Refunds. If you're not satisfied with a month's service, contact us within 14 days of being billed and we'll work with you to make it right, including a refund of that month's fee where appropriate.
